We deliver orders throughout South Sudan and to select international destinations. Our local deliveries typically arrive within 1–3 business days in Juba and 3–7 days for other regions. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
For international shipping, delivery times vary depending on your country and customs clearance. We will provide tracking information once your package is dispatched.
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
Certain items such as software licenses or custom orders may be non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
